Graduated from MGZPI, Department of Arts and Graphics, in 1980.
Member of UNESCO International Artists’ Association. The first
exhibition he participated in was in 1978.
He lives and works in Domodedovo, Moscow Region.
Participant of a number of All-Union-, All-Russian and International Exhibitions
held in Moscow, Deventer (Holland), Barcelona (Spain), Paris
(France), Berlin (the FRG) and other cities.
A number of Agapov’s artistic works has been acquired by the
Warsaw Museum for Modern Arts and by a number of art galleries and
private collectors in many countries of the world. For instance, a
part of his works is within collections owned by G. Babakhanov, Yu.
Nikulin, O. Dzhabrailov, V. Butusov, M. Zakharov, etc.
