Govorkov Ivan Vladislavovich
Professor | | | Born in Leningrad in 1949.
In 1967, he finished the School of Arts
named after Johannson. In 1974, graduated from the Institute of
Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin
(Monumental Arts Studio, Studio Director: Professor A. Mylnikov) in
Leningrad.
In 1974-1980, he took an advanced training at the Academy of Arts
Creative Studio, under the tutorship of Professor A. Mylnikov.
Member of the St. Petersburg Artists’ Union (since
1974) and Member of the St. Petersburg Creative Union (IFA) since
1993. Since 1974, Professor Gorovkov has been teaching at Drawing
Chair at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named
after I.E. Repin.
He lives in St.Petersburg. Since 1990,
his artistic works have been on display jointly with those by E.
Gubanova.
Participant of many museum- and gallery
exhibitions in Russia and abroad, including eight personal
exhibitions.
