In 1950, entered the Moscow Institute for Applied and Decorative
Arts, Department of Monumental Painting. After the Institute was
liquidated as "a nest of formalism" (in 1952),
transferred, together with other students, into the Higher School of
Arts and Industry named after V. Mukhina (formerly, Baron Stieglitz
School) in Leningrad. Graduated from the Institute in 1956 and, in
the same year, entered the Artists’ Union. A resident of Moscow
since 1958.
The main activity Evgeny Ablin is engaged in is architectural
design of public buildings. Apart from this, he is actively engaged
in easel painting and sculpture.
Since 1958, he has participated in more than 100 exhibitions in
Russia and abroad, including personal exhibitions:

70-th Anniversary Retrospective Exhibition in "Old Garden" Gallery.

Exhibition in the State Institute for Arts Science.
